  14. Peru is the third largest country South America. It is one of the strangest countries I have researched. The national culinary dish is cuy. Cuy= ROASTED GUINEA PIGS!! I’m just glad Mr. Fluffy and Truffles don’t live in Peru. Peru’s Macchu Pichu was named one of the New Seven Wonders in 2007, along with the Great Wall of China. Some sad things about Peru are that some places in Peru don’t have running water or electricity. Even if those places did have running water, Peruvians would not be able to drink it because it is not safe. You are not even allowed to use it to brush your teeth! One thing that is kind of weird and kind of sad, is that because of unsophisticated plumbing in Peru, tourists place used toilet paper in a separate bin next to the toilet. Yuck!😧🤭
