It's so exciting! Winter break is near! What are your plans? What are you looking forward to most? Are you traveling or staying in Houston? If you celebrate Christmas, what are some of your family's traditions you look forward to every year? If you celebrate Hanukkah, what are some of your traditions? I can't wait to hear what each of you have planned!

  6. I go to my ranch which is in Longveiw, Texas. I have a dune buggy there that I ride sometimes. The disadvantage of being german is I do not get presents from Santa Claus. The advantage is that I open presents on Christmas eve. I hope everyone has a MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

  8. I celebrate Christmas. We are suppose to go to Utah on Christmas Day. But we might not go because there is not a lot of snow so we cant ski. After church on Christmas Eve we have a family dinner and then get to open one present. On Christmas morning we go to my grandparents house and open more presents and eat breakfast.

  13. I am so excited for Christmas break! We get 2 weeks off of school!( Not that I don't love school). One of my family's traditions are that we always make hot chocolate the night before Christmas and I watch either "A SpongeBob Christmas" or "Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer". This year I am going to Deer Valley in Park City. It is so much fun going, because there is SO MUCH SNOW!!! I go bowling almost every day and tubing if my sister isn't doing homework. Another thing I like about Deer Valley is their s'mores. Mmm. And on New Years, I never actually stay up until midnight. I usually just watch TV until 11:00 and every few minutes, I check the ball in Times Square. My cousins live in Boston, and Boston is one hour ahead. So when it is 11:00 in Houston, it is midnight in Boston. My parents know me and my sister can't stay up until midnight, so we celebrate it at 11:00. Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and Happy New Year!
