This Friday we have our fun Art Car Parade! It is always so exciting to see the cars you have made! Please describe your art car and the process that you went through to make it. How did you get the idea? How did you plan it out? Was any part of it surprisingly difficult or easy. Please write in 4 to 5 complete sentences using the correct grammar and punctuation.
I made a rocket car because I want to go to space when I grow up. I think my car was hard because I had to make it just fit in the size box. This year I think we are going to go to the art car parade this year. One of my favorite art car is the banana car. Got to go
ReplyDeleteI made a Candy 🍭 🍬 Car! I got the idea because my grandmother was coming to town that always brings me and my family candy. My car was difficult to make because I had to take some things apart to make it fit in a size limit box. My plan was to have a lollipop base and a candy box pouring out. But I had to change it because it would not fit.
ReplyDeleteI made a star wars car. I made a mini model of the death star and I painted my car gold. At first it was hard to think of ideas of what to put on the car but then I thought I should make moving wheels. My favorite part about making the car was adding the wheels. I can't wait for art car this year.
ReplyDeleteI made a mushroom car. I was just making a regular car when an idea popped into my head. I thought to myself "this looks like a mushroom." And that's how I got the idea. What I did to make my car was get two big cardboard circles, One styrofoam bowl, and a small box. First I took the two cardboard circles and laid them on the table, Then I placed the bowl in between the two circles, Then I used a lot of tape and taped all around the edges, When I was finished doing that I taped the box and the cilinder together, After that I started painting my mushroom red with white spots and the stem brown.

ReplyDeletewhen i grow up. Also since the Houston Astros won the world series i thought it would be a really good car. First i got tin foil and made it into a baseball. Then i put tape all around it. I painted it gray for it to look unique. After it dried, I got red marker and colored the lines. After that I put red wheels on my baseball. Then I got a cardboard box and colored it red. Then i glued my baseball on the box. After I wrote baseball on the very front of the box. Finally, I put two stars next to the baseball word and said to Mrs. Taylor my art car is complete.
My art car is called Man-Car. It has jeans with painted wheels and a green shirt. Also it has brown hair, creepy pink eyes, an open mouth, and teeth. This is how I got the idea. First I had the idea of a BOOM! car but that wouldn't work. Then I thought of a skater car but that wouldn't work either. I thought of a grandpa car. Also, that idea didn't work. I thought of Man-Car. That worked.

DeleteMy art car started as a ufo but then it turned into a random billybober mobile car. To make it I taped two plastic cups together and that made the main structure. l was already ready to paint. 🎨After we painted we had to add at least 5 things, so l added 5 jems. Then l went back and added random colors. That is what made it the random billybober mobile. This year l don't think l am going to the parade but I might next year!

DeleteMy art car is a basketball car. I came up with the idea because the Rockets were having a really big win streak. It was hard to paint a circle. My car is orange and black like a basketball.
ReplyDeleteMy art car is the International Space Station. If you don't now what that is I will tell you. The International Space Station is a big space ship that Astronauts visit to study. I first thought to make my car big but then I saw the size leet box my car was to big so I had to take of a box. Then I had to paint the boxes. I Painted the mane color gray. Then I had to paint the wheals. Then I had to paint the door. After that I had to add solar panels. Then I was done!

ReplyDeleteI made a bird car. It's not done yet. I came up with the idea because I thought having wings stick out of some thing so a made a bird. Yet the worst part is is putting on the wings I have one on still one more to go it took forever to figure out how to put them on but I had Alyssa and Rosie helping me and it was so stressful and they helped a lot.
ReplyDeletei made a cat car. I was planing to make a fish car but that only looked like a cat. I used flexibility on my car because i planed for it to be a fish but it didn't look like a fish at all so i made it a cat car and i'm finished with my car now. I made my car look like Charlotte's cat MOJO!!!!!!!! I love mojo he is soooooooooooooooooo cute!!!!!!!! Mojo's nickname is MoMo!! Did you know MoMo is my only cat friend! I don't like cats but MoJo is the only cat i love!!!!
ReplyDeleteI made the UNICORN car because unicorns seem to be in trend and I like unicorns. think my car looks grate but it is missing 1 thing SPARKLES unicorns must have sparkles right? Making my car was essay all I did was put 2 boxes together and paint / a horn.

ReplyDeleteI got my idea by Almost doing an egg car. When suddenly I got cold. Then the idea popped into my head. I would do a snow cone car! So first, I collected some foam eggs and cut them short so the bottom was gone and I only had the top. Then, I got some cup looking things. Next I taped them all to the car. Then I painted the wheels, snow cones, and the straws. Then when we went back I added jewel headlight and then I finished. The name will be The Ice Shredder
ReplyDeleteI did a rocket taco car for art car. I am very excited!!! The idea came to my head when I saw a picture on google of a taco with a jetpack. I am curiouse of what cars other people make. I named mine "rocko taco".
ReplyDeleteI did a Basketball car for art car.I got the idea from larry Bird being rivals with magic Johnson.I planed it by puting a basketball hoop then writing Bird VS Johnson.I LOVE ART CAR!!!!!🚗
