International Fair

I am exhausted from traveling to Canada and Italy
in the same week!

Let's share our new learning from both counties!

Also, please share your reflections from each country. What was your favorite thing to do,  see or the hear? Did anything surprise you? Did anything amaze you?  Tell us all about it!  Write four to five complete sentences. Be sure to use capital letters and end marks.

The maple syrup candies were so good!Ice fishing was really fun but my magnet didn't work very well and I did not catch any fish. Ice hockey was fun but I got hit in the toe and it hurt a lot. 6. In Canada, we got to go ice fishing, play hockey, play with snow and eat maple syrup candy. It was really fun, except on hockey I fell down with a loud boom and hurt my knee. They also had chips that tasted like ketchup, I was not a fan of those. In Italy, I got to drive a Ferrari, play soccer and make pasta. We also got to choose a pizza keychain. My favorite thing to do in Canada was everything! My favorite thing in Italy was choosing the keychain! Did you know someone in my family was the chief of Mountie Police? My great uncle Greg in Toronto. And that's how I'm part Canadian because my Grandpa was born in Canada.๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

  13. I liked traveling to both the countries, they looked totally amazing. I bet the parents were very tired after putting everything together. Including my dad. My favorite country was Canada because they had that powder too use as snow. I also liked the ice hockey thing. It was fun. I liked Italy too though, I kinda liked the gondola with Mario and Luigi. It looked as if a real arena was in Italy! I also now know how to count in roman numerals. Everything was fun. I hope to get too see another state or country next year! I hope its El Salvador and Turkey!

  14. I LOVED both Canada and Italy. My favorite parts of Canada ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ were playing a game of ice hockey. Liam and I won the game 6-3! My second favorite thing of Canada was the SNOW and going into the igloo plus getting the arrowhead neckless. My favorite part of Italy ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น was playing soccer and driving a remote controlled Ferrari. I learned that it takes 40 gallons of maple sap to make 1 gallon of maple syrup. That's A LOT of water to evaporate to make one gallon of syrup. That means 39 GALLONS OF WATER HAS TO BE BOILED OFF TO GET 1 GALLON OF MAPLE SYRUP!!! This summer I am going to Venice, Italy for real! My family was originally going to go France and Denmark, but international fair inspired us to add Italy to our Europe trip.
