  3. I am making a teepee because the Apaches lived in teepees. I'm using long sticks for the large sticks they used as a skeleton and tied it at the top and using felt I colored on as the buffalo hide. Ava is doing a bow and arrow and Griffin is doing a model of a buffalo.

  4. I'm making a deer skin skirt and a necklace. The Coahuiltecans decorated necklaces with shells, bones, beads, and any other thing they could find. They also hunted deer so that's why I'm making a deer skin skirt.

  9. I am making a bow & arrow,it is made out of sticks and
string. It is for how the Caddos did hit and run raids a lot. I also might be making a deer skin out of tan construction paper. This represents how the Caddos put deer skin over their selves when hunting so they could get close to the deer.

  10. My tribe is the Coahuiltecans. I am making a baby carrier. It is made out of animal skins and a little bit of leather. It is shaped like a cylinder but it has holes for the legs and head to pop out. The women had to work a lot and part of their job was to take care of the babies. The carrier made it easy to hold the baby while doing other work.
