Thanksgiving Holidays!!!

Thanksgiving is just a week away. Many of us will spend time with family and friends. Some of us are even traveling! This holiday gives us time to think about what we are grateful for. Please share some of your favorite traditions that you and your family do during this wonderful holiday! What are your turkey day plans? What are you especially thankful for? Write at lease 3 - 4 well-written sentences please. Gobble, gobble!

  4. It's hard to say because sometimes we go to New York and sometimes we don't. I'm thankful for my family because they ecourage me to do so many things. And I'm thankful for my friends because They are people in your family you can talk to in your family but sometimes it's something a friend has to know. I'm also thankful for all the teachers I've had because they always prepare me and help me with everything I don't understand. :)

Then when they all arrive we will talk and have fun for about 30 minuets. Then we all gather around the table and say what we are thankful for. These are all the things I'm thankful for my family and friends and most of all my teacher's that help me be a better person and teaches me every thing I know now.

  12. Every Thanksgiving my family, my grandparents and I all go down to our ranch in South Texas. It is called the South Spur. We play lots of games, take long walks, feed cows and horses, bake, eat a lot and go hunting and fishing. We say a prayer every time before our feast. Some of my favorite dishes we eat for our Thanksgiving meal are green beans, buttery rolls, turkey, mashed sweet potatoes with melted marshmallows, pecan and pumpkin pies. I am most thankful for my family, friends, health, our good fortune.
